The easiest way to access this sale is by coming through West Port Arthur Road, turning onto 63rd street (at Family Dollar), and continuing straight until you get to Alice street OR Katy street. Both of these streets will naturally curve into Bobby Street. You will then take a RIGHT onto Pat street and then take an immediate LEFT back onto 63rd street. This will take you all the way down to DIAMOND AVE. We will be on the left. 💃🏼

⭐️ NO PARKING IN THE DRIVEWAY OR BLOCKING OTHER DRIVEWAYS ON THE STREET.

⭐️THERE WILL BE ONE ENTRANCE THROUGH THE FRONT DOOR AND YOU WILL EXIT THROUGH THE GARAGE. YOU CANNOT ENTER THROUGH GARAGE.

⭐️ THE SHOP AND BARN WILL HAVE SEPARATE LINES/ENTRANCES, NATURALLY.

⭐️ WE WILL BE ACCEPTING BIDS ON THE BADBOY AND THE TRACTOR.
